Richmond Heights Ottawa Rentals

This project involved the renovation of the common areas in one of Ottawa’s high-rise residential buildings—a transformative project designed to enhance the comfort, style, and functionality of the shared spaces. This renovation breathed new life into the lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and lounge areas, blending modern design with practical upgrades to create a more welcoming and vibrant environment for all residents. Key improvements include updated lighting, contemporary finishes, upgraded flooring, new trims, and refreshed color palettes.

Riverside Ottawa Apartments

Our team undertook the framing, drywalling, and painting of walls and ceilings in 14 corridors of this residential high rise building. We delivered a fresh, modern finish that enhances both aesthetics and durability of these common spaces. This large-scale interior upgrade involved precision drywall installation and high-quality painting services, tailored to meet the unique needs of high-traffic residential environments. Our skilled team ensures minimal disruption to residents while maintaining strict timelines and safety standards. The result: clean, beautifully finished corridors that elevate the overall look and feel of each floor.

Wealth Management Office Space

This office renovation project for a Toronto based wealth management firm involved the demolition of existing interior elements to create a refreshed layout. New carpet tile was installed throughout the space, providing a modern and durable flooring solution. Walls were repainted to brighten the environment and align with updated branding. Existing furniture was carefully relocated and repositioned to accommodate the new design, ensuring minimal disruption and improved workflow.
